Buying + Selling a Home

“My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying and selling our home with Eva, which can be a huge financial and emotional transaction. When you can trust your realtor, it takes the stress out of the process and makes it much more enjoyable. Throughout the buying and selling process, we had complete confidence that Eva understands the market and that she put our interests first; that made all the difference.
I cannot overstate the amount of expertise and effort that Eva brought to selling our home for maximum value. Eva was always on top of deadlines and her judgment was spot on. In short, we could really trust her. The house that we sold was so unique that it was hard to value, but Eva got the price exactly right. In our neighborhood, houses tend to sell immediately or languish with subsequent steep discounts. Asking for the right price resulted in a speedy and lucrative sale. Further, Eva’s solid relationships with contractors also helped get our house in amazing condition at a time when contractors were overbooked and hard to schedule.
The three qualities that stood out throughout our relationship with Eva are her integrity, knowledge, and professionalism. She is also very easy to work with. Negotiation skills are excellent! When we purchased a home, Eva knew exactly what type of offer to submit for our best chance at buying our current home. I highly recommend working with Eva and I would definitely work with her again on any real estate transaction.
Finally, the reason we initially called Eva is her connection to the green building community. You do not have to want to buy or sell an energy-efficient house to use her as your realtor, she is terrific at real estate transactions. If you are interested in energy efficiency, sustainability, or other green building goals, hire her as your realtor! Eva is an amazing resource and has practical advice. Months after we moved into our new home, she continues to provide reliable advice and contacts for me.”

Selling Land for Commercial Development

“Eva provided marketing and land assembly services to sell my commercially zoned land for top dollar. When we first met, Eva struck me as a very likable person and we especially connected around social, community, and environmental issues. There were many obstacles with the city in selling my land and it was a very long process, taking about 5 years from start to finish. Eva was professional and driven through the entire process, communicating with integrity and patience. She was able to gain the respect of various developers and city officials involved, navigating many different roles as a part of a successful real estate transaction. Eva also helped my family find the perfect home near the property we sold, and we are very happy. I think that people will find that their expectations are met and exceeded by Eva. The next generation of buyers and sellers are doing things more creatively and Eva is at the forefront of it all.”

Co-Buying Land

“Having lived in a co-housing arrangement years ago, I was excited to learn about co-buying as a way to build wealth during a presentation Eva gave at a local event. I knew I wanted to work with an agent who specialized in co-buying since dealing with multiple buyers in a transaction can be complex. 3 friends interested in co-buying and I met with Eva and everyone came away from that meeting well equipped and ready to get started. Eva is very matter-of-fact and straightforward, and I never felt pressured. We worked with Eva to purchase a 40-acre property with two homes on it that fall under the specialty dwelling category. As mentioned earlier, those property features along with our co-buying team all being single (not married) and one of us qualifying for a veteran loan while the others were conventional made for a challenging real estate deal to put together. She connected us with a talented mortgage broker who found a private lender to pair with the VA to back our loan. Her tenacity continued as she put us in touch with professionals to do additional inspections based on discoveries in the overall inspection which provided documentation for her to negotiate significant credits for the deferred maintenance that yielded a price reduction, cash- and an additional credit- at closing. Eva was exceptionally responsive in managing this very complicated transaction, always quick to answer our questions and provide a timely turnaround.”

“Eva was everything that I wanted in a realtor. Having been a realtor myself, I understand the industry and she was just great to work with. She was proactive, responsive, and handled each step so well. I had been in conversation for about a year with friends about co-buying a property that we could live on and eventually use to host community events. We worked with Eva to purchase a total of 40 acres together. This was going to be my third property purchase after living solo, and creating a community with other people that I love dearly in a co-housing model sounded like a great way to spend this next chapter of my life. This property provides two pathways of income for us—eventually, we’re going to offer tiny homes and other living spaces for rent. We will also host gatherings, classes, and workshops with local industry thought-leaders. The vision that we have for our property gives me exponential opportunities for personal growth and new experiences. Eva also helped me sell my house in Renton as I prepared to move onto the co-housing property. She was responsive and there right away when I needed her. She helped me get my house ready and staged flawlessly. Selling a home can be a very stressful process, and Eva always communicated with me about how things were going in a very timely and empathetic way.”

Buying a Green Home

“Eva at Infiniti Real Estate and Development helped me find and buy the perfect house. She helped me relocate and downsize to my new home, and was competent, an expert communicator, and negotiator through the process. This is the second home I’ve purchased with Eva as my realtor—she helped me with an extensive search in multiple areas, and both times she was very easy to work with. She has tremendous focus and attention to detail, and I have always felt like I was her only client. Eva has endless patience and always took the time to fully answer my questions. Her ability to manage the demands and details of the real estate purchasing process is unrivaled. Eva is highly knowledgeable in her field and it sets her apart from other realtors. She stands out in her ability to identify potential properties, her expert negotiation skills, and her knowledge of contracts. It was a pleasure to work with Eva and because of her, I’m settled into a fabulous new home. I’m grateful for all of her efforts on my behalf. ”

Buying a Commercial Building

I needed commercial property for my award-winning company, Foodz Catering, and was referred to Eva Otto at Infiniti Real Estate and Developement through connections in the green building community. Together, we found a property in the SoDo district of Seattle and negotiated a $600K drop in the sale price. I have since remodeled the space into a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen. Eva stuck with me when other realtors did not think my small business could make the leap to being a property owner. She was instrumental in helping me secure financing, and expertly crafted and executed very complicated contract terms to secure and finalize the deal.
