Danielle Johnson | EcoBroker® | Healthy House Professional


Danielle’s experience at John L Scott Real Estate and GreenWorks Realty has laid a strong foundation in her real estate career. With a BS in Human Biology and 9 years in the Healthcare field, Danielle’s natural focus is health and home environments. Danielle has completed the American Lung Association’s Healthy House and Master Home Environmentalist trainings and is Communications/Marketing Chair of the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild’s regional board. Danielle also moderates the PI reader blog, Building Seattle Green.

Eva Otto | EcoBroker® | LEED AP


Eva has fifteen years of experience working on sustainability issues worldwide. Before co-founding Infiniti Real Estate & Development, Eva assisted in the start-up of GreenWorks Realty where she specialized in project management and green real estate marketing. Prior to moving to Seattle, Eva was a policy intern with the both the United Nations and the WA State Department of Trade & Economic Development. During her graduate and undergraduate education, Eva spent seven years studying and working internationally on development issues in almost a dozen countries including Brazil, Japan, India, Nepal, Indonesia and Costa Rica. Eva sits on several boards including the Seattle Chamber of Commerce Business Sustainability Committee.

JR Fulton | Architect | LEED AP


JR is a registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional working at the University of Washington. JR’s work in affordable energy & conscious building design has taken him from Ghana, as a Peace Corps architect, to Scotland’s Findhorn Foundation Community/Ecovillage, as a builder/designer. JR provides ongoing LEED AP training for industry professionals and also enjoys designing and building eco-friendly furniture with Green Dot Design.

Cally Fulton | Designated Broker | Built Green™ Professional


Cally has resided in Seattle since 1993, giving her an insider's view of Seattle’s neighborhoods, properties and people. Cally’s experience as Enrollment Coordinator at the Seattle Waldorf School, original founding partner of Elderwise (a senior enrichment program based on creative aging), a sales agent at John L Scott Real Estate, and Associate Broker at GreenWorks Realty has supported her truly client-oriented focus.
